www.newyorktango.com has it all. I really enjoy the Tango at the South St. Seaport on Sunday nights. The floor is the pier, so that's iffy, but it's outdoors! There's also a milonga in Central Park that's good.

That depends on the style of dance. There's Tango, Salsa and Swing all over the city year-round. Which style do you want to know about?
